They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. One the first visit they told me I would need four fillings. They called my insurance company in front of me, and guaranteed that I would be charged $35 per tooth. After the visit where they filled my teeth, they charged me DOUBLE what they had quoted. If I could have, I would have left the fillings on the billing departments desk. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Afterward I contacted my insurance company, and found that they had paid what they had said they would pay - Scarborough Dental Associates had just changed their rates. I found the office, after I turned around four times. They would not see me that day because I was 15 minutes late. I wish it had been easier to locate. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable
