They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
