Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.

Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I also like the fact that everyone is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable from the minute you walk in the front door!

It's great to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were normal. It was pretty comfortable during my entire procedure. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all. This business is really conveniently located but is in a high traffic area. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable most of the time. I don't like that they charge interest on past due accounts even if the customer pays monthly. I understand why they do but, maybe make special exceptions for those who are TRULY having hard times and are showing an effort in re-payment. It would also be nice if they had TV's in each area. It's impossible to read while being worked on. The exam rooms are open and only divided my storage shelves or equipment. You can hear everything going on around you. A high mounted TV would keep the customers focus and help pass the time.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I was terrified because I had not gone to a dentist in so long. Dr. Garrett was funny and gentle. He put me at ease and did the work quickly with expert assistance from his dental assistants. It was a pain free experience. I am going back again for more work and i know no pain. Dr. Garrett you are the bomb.
