They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

The office was great, the staff is very pleasant, helpful, patient and organized. My son is a special needs child and the staff and doctor. are also patient and wonderful with him. They actually seem to enjoy what they are doing.

The doctor is very thorough and takes the time to insure that you understand exactly what is going on.

This is a fantastic practice. I am on son #2 with braces with son #1 getting his off within the next month or so. They came highly recommended and I highly recommend them to all of my friends. The Dr and Staff are very professional and are always available to answer any questions.

For the past 5 years, Dr. Harshberger has treated me (braces at age 40) plus so far 3 of my kids. I am extremely pleased with the results he got for my adult teeth. I tend to ask quite a few questions, and I have always been addressed with great respect by the Dr. and staff, given accurate technical information, and never talked down to. They communicate with my children in a similar (age appropriate) fashion. Dr. Harshberger makes it a point to call a parent over and show him/her any issues in the child's mouth that he is treating or would like to treat, and will patiently talk you through any points that may take a moment to grasp. The folks who handle billing have never made me feel silly over the years during months where I had to get creative to make a payment (e.g., splitting the payment between two cards). If there is a budget concern, the Dr. and his treatment consultants will talk you through options, and it never feels like a hard sell, just a complete overview of options, pros and cons. You get the feeling they are all real people who treat you the way they themselves would want to be treated. They are almost all parents themselves. One of my kids has extreme anxiety and they even got him to smile and were so gentle with him. Dr. Harshberger's name will often appear on donor lists for community charities. These guys really care and we are grateful to have them as a provider to our family. My highest recommendation.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand.
