I have no clue where these negative reports are coming from. I love the staff and the dentists. They are very supportive and caring. I got a reminder call 2 days before my appointment. I just had a crown done tonight and I must say, considering what I had to get done, it was a pleasant experience. Both the dentist and his assistant were very knowledgeable and they kept everything light. I actually was laughing while they were working on me. I plan to go to this dental office for years to come.

No idea where all of these positive reviews are coming from, because I would give them negative stars if I could. First of all, the office appears dirty and dingy to me. While I was sitting in the dental chair the arm rest popped off. I was expecting to see a rat or roach scurry across the room because that's exactly what the atmosphere was like. The teeth cleaning job was terrible. I could have done a better job if I had just brushed my teeth with my finger or had gotten a 5-year-old to clean them. The dentist then informed me that I had over a dozen cavities, most "between my teeth" and that all of my old fillings would need to be "re-filled" because they had "gone bad". I was very skeptical, and made it clear to the staff that I was skeptical. It's not like I'm some homeless person with rotting teeth...I get a cleaning every 6 months and have never been diagnosed with more than one cavity at one time, and had never ever heard of fillings "going bad" after only 5 years. Anyways, after leaving I decided to go to an out-of-network dentist for a second opinion and surprise surprise, he only found two cavities that were worthy of fillings and said he had no idea what I was talking about when I told him I had "bad" fillings.

So, please, even if after reading this you still decide to go to this dental office, ask questions. They're going to get angry with you for questioning their practice, but they need to learn that patients are smart enough to sniff out their BS. Since visiting this dentist I have been to at least two different practices and none of them have come close to trying to rip me off like this guy. I would like to disclose that it has been 2 years since I visited this office, and am writing about it now because 1) this terrible dental experience has stuck with me, and 2) I have gone to two dentists since visiting this practice and they did a far better cleaning job and didn't want me to pay them to fill my imaginary cavities.
