Cathleen Wallent is an absolute angel and never causes me any pain, the front desk people however are just awful. They usually yell at me for no reason and seem to be very unhappy people. I was just scolded there today like I've not been since grade school and I'm 41. Unprofessional. I hear them talk about other patients as soon as they leave or hang up the phone. Why Wallent surrounds herself with these clods is beyond me.
