Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted fantastic. It was one of the best I've ever tasted.

I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
