They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Im drawn every week for my pt and cbc and wait sometimes 4-5 after the draw to get the results.The recepionist is the only one who is friendly,The Dr med asst talks down to patients and acts like she is the Doctor. I personal am not the Dr pt but my mom is,since Nov when my mom ended up in the E.R with a hemocrit of 13 which almost killed her,yet here we are left still will no asnwers as to why this happened. i would not recommand the Dr to anyone who has more than just your average pyhsical. If you are chronic sick this Dr is not for you,you"ll find yourself tryin to self-diagnose.

She seemed very short on time and over-booked. I had to wait for the doctor, and then she seemed distracted when I finally saw her. At the appointment, which was problem centered, she only wanted to deal with that one issue- bone density. When I mentioned another problem, she rolled her eyes and said I would have to make another appointment to talk about that! My time is too valuable for that, so I switched to another provider.

Dr. Mintzer is terrific, a great listener and her staff is super friendly and helpful. I am lucky to have her as a PCP

Dr Mintzer is an amazing doctor. Great listener, calls me the next day to see how I feel. Is that great! I recently switched to her, and should of done that a long time ago! I highly recommend her.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. She strives to maintain a professional appearance and look her best at all times. I have full confidence in the information she provides, For the most part I am not kept waiting when I have an appointment. They are not always easy to reach in an emergency. Her office didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back.
