I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

My family used the practice for about 5 years because of its convenient location. The nurse practitioner was great and the place was fully staffed, but Dr. Fitzpatrick was often either unwilling or unable to answer my questions, and kept cutting me off. He misdiagnosed my daughter once and me once for rather serious and obvious problems. We are much happier at a different practice and would never return to bolton family medicine.
