I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. They seemed qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. However, they don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite awhile. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome.
