Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment.
