I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.

No, but I can always find a seat

Dr. Jensen was incredibly patronizing and rude. He made fun of where I work. He dilated my eyes without warning me and then, when I expressed concern about driving home with dilated eyes, said, "You can walk home.....You can't come in here with all these complaints and not expect me to examine your eyes." He was belligerent and rude. I will never go see him again.
