Dr. Mussenden is the best doctor I've ever had, hands down!!! I've followed her from Nothern VA to Maryland and make the long trek from Woodbridge to Lanham to see her annually. She always listens to every question or concern I may have; she does not just rush through her visit with you. What I really appreciate about her is that she communicates with you like a sister or mother not just a Dr. depending on the conversation. She is always pleasant always smiling. Her staff always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. Their office is well organized and clean. I could tell they value there client/patience by the way the office is kept, very presentable. I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
