They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
