They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I am happy to be associated with this doctor.
