They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.

Dr Poblete is amazing a great DR. and good diagnostic MD. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. . It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult.
