There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

While waiting for my appointment I noted that the chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
