DO not even consider using this Dentist. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. Dr. Dowden does not care if you're in pain either! He just rushed through everything. Awful experience.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

No, it was almost unbearable

I waited forever for my appointment!
Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need?
Not at all. Every time I go in they recommend an expensive procedure I don't need

Kind of, I was hoping for a more thorough cleaning

I called Dr. Dowden's office as another dental professional and the front office staff was VERY rude and VERY argumentitive. I was attempting to get mutual patient information and the experience was HORRIBLE. If you are thinking about going there as a new patient, think twice and keep looking. If the front office is rude and unhelpful, one can only imagine how the rest of the staff is. Horrible!! My current patient said she will never go back and that is why she wanted to leave that office in the first place. It will be a inconvenience for my patient now to have to go get her info... ridiculous!
