They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
