I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Dr. Shamlin is awesome. If I were still in Louisiana she would still be my doctor.
