They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find.
I have been on the same medications for over 10 years, and it works for me. This doctor treatment me like a guinea pig prescribing me different meds because he doesn't "typically prescribe" the meds that I take. (My meds are very popular and well know and are NOT narcotics).
Trying to get a phone call returned is next to impossible. I have to call over and over, and I find it very frustrating and upsetting. Lastly, there is always a very long wait.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

The office was easy enough to find. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They should really allow for more time in between appointments. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.
