Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment!
