They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
