I have been going to this doctor office ever since I was a baby, everything was fine, I even have my son going to this office. It took this doctor 2 months to set me up an appointment when I was pregnant to refer me to a gyno. Then I had my son and he started going to this office, everytime I would set up an appointment and the nurse ask if a date was ok, and I said no, she would put it in the computer as a no show. And I called the office to set up an appointment for my son oneday early 2010 and a nurse demanded to know why I missed so many appointments, I told her it was their error and she started screaming at me. After that my son started having ear infections and stopped talking completely and after 7 months of non stop ear infections and me asking the doctor to get ear tubes put in his ears, the doctor agreed, at this point my son couldn't hear anything, and couldn't for 7 months and was 2 1/2 and having to relearn how to talk. But he finally got them and was starting to talk again, 2 months after that the doctor wanted him in a speech program because he was only saying a handful of words. The nurses took several months to refer us to a speech program, well my son started the speech, after 2 months I didn't feel comfertable with the speech therapy anymore and cancelled ( therapists showing up at my house hours late, talking about their religion, showing my son their religious toys and just trying to get in more therapists that weren't needed, oh and were suppose to be here an hour, but would only be here 30 minutes-40 minutes and be late to the next person's house ( first steps)) Then my son had an appointment to see his doctor and teh doctor didn't like the fact I pulled him outta the speech, I told the doctors at this office, there wasn't any inprovement and what could 30 minutes 3-4xs a month do for only 4 months? he was better off just me working with him, but the doctor didn't have any faith in me. Wll I moved outta louisville and wanted to stay with this doctor, so I would get up at 5am just to make it to the 8:30am appointments, and finally had enough when i tried schedulign my son his 3 year checkup. 1 month later, after called every week day several times, I gave up, i could never get ahold of anyone, they were either closed, meeting or all phones busy all the time. So I switched my son's doctor and then had to call this doctor to get my son's medical records switched over, they wouldn't answer the phones and so I had to get my boyfriend to leave work to stop by there and get the papers, all the nurses were just walkign around and gossiping and not answering phones. They said it would be up to 30 days to get the records. Now it's been 26days and I had to set up an appointment to get my 3 year old son shots they didnt give him when he was 6 months old. I show up at the new doctor office and they look at the shot records I have and said he's missing many shots and need their copy ( everytime he got shots, I asked them to update my shot record, which they didnt do right) again the doctor office called them and they didnt answer the phone, so I had my boyfriend again, stop by their office to get the papers, they gave them to him, and yes I did look at them, they put in the papers their worried about my son, tried working with him, but I refused ( never happened), and they have him listed as a 2 year old 223lb black male... he's now 3 years old, and he's definitely not 223lbs and he's white. But seeing the papers, it just shows me, Dr Gray wrote down all positive stuff, but the days my son seen the woman doctor, she only put negative stuff about me and my boyfriend ( his father), she tells you one thing to your face and writes negative stuff in your paper work behind your back. The whole time I was there I felt rushed, I would sit in the waiting room for about 30 minutes or more ( once I was there for 2 hours back in 2009) but once you get back in the room, the doctor will see you for abotu 5 minutes and rushed the whole time, and it's not dr gray that does that, it's the woman doctor that rushes you. I actually do not know her name.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
