I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

The doctor is very nice, but he sometimes fails to perform a full exam which results in misdiagnosis. My child has had pneumonia and strep throat, which were diagnosed by the hospital the night of his appointment (with a subsequent three day hospital stay) and an immediate care clinic the next day, respectively. I would recommend asking for tests to be completed if your child is ill and the appointment is not for a routine examination.

The waiting room had everything my child could ask for. TV's, toys, magazines.... and not just for younger kids but for adolescents as well. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

This Doc knows his stuff! My kids are rarely sick but when they do get ill they are diagnosed promptly and correctly EVERYTIME, I have a son with asthma who had been suffering for months when he was a baby, another doctor refused to treat him for it so I called Dr. Kumar they made the appt. for 30 min. later( that quick!) took him in with an oxygen saturation level of 92%, the other doctor did nothing. He promptly returns calls after hours without hesitation for showing compassion, day/night, holidays, whenever. I might mention he was my pediatrician when I was a kid (I'm 31) He really cares about his patients. I hope my kids are grown when he chooses to retire.
