Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

I have always received great care and respect. They have always answered my questions thoroughly. Dr. Wellendorf treats his staff with respect. I didn't wait long at all--my appointment started on time, I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. My recurring problems were so well treated here that hardly have trouble with them anymore.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. I left the appointment feeling so much more at ease and much more knowledgeable about what was going on with me. They answered every single one of my questions thoroughly and I felt very informed.
