I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature.
