I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
