They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all.
