It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment!

My family and I have been going to Dr. Andrews dentistry office for 35+ years - when Andrews Sr. was in practice. This had been a lovely office for many years - but the past 4 years or so, there has been a definite change in this office. While the younger Dr. Andrews is a proficient dentist -- there is a newer attitude of superiority amongst him and his staff (particularly his assistant Laurie.) There is an atmosphere where you, as the patient, are almost "scolded" for questioning methods and what type of filling will be used. A patient has a right to know and should always ask questions. This office does not seem to be willing to appreciate that.
