They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They briefly explained my dental procedure to me, but I wish they had given me more information. I was still somewhat nervous about the procedure. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
