They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. Also very rude and not helpful in any way! He just referred me out to other doctors. Seemed as though he would just take the appointment to get paid, not the help the patient.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
