I was taken in under Ryan White Program after three days of calling them to make sure they had the paperwork. They denied having the paperowrk when I know for a fact the cordinator fax it to their office. My case manager verified they had faxed over the paperwork from the Ryan Coordinator. Upon getting the appointment finally, they took and xray, stayed they were sure what was making my tooth sharp, but that i would have to return and be fitted into their schedule even though I had an appointment. The work could not be completed at this appoointment due to Ryan White regulations I was told. The dentist only view my tooth and walked out not even say he would be back. I have never felt more like a second class person and humilated than I have by their staff.

I have not been to the dentist in years so i thought it was going to be a horrible experience, but much to my surprise my teeth were not as bad as i thought and the staff was great explaining everything in detail to me, the dental hygenist went way beyond what i expected i told her i was a little scared and had sensitive teeth, she said no problem went slowly and asked me several times was i ok did it hurt here or there, i can honestly say that was the best dental experience i have ever had they don't rush you in and out like some other offices! And i will be back in on a more regular basis hopefully i will get the same dental hygenist she was just wonderful!

I had not visited a dental office in over ten years due to dental fears. I would not take care of my mouth because i was so afraid of the dentist. The staff really made me feel at ease with the treatment I needed and even went as far as to hold my hand when I had to have my tooth pulled. The hygienist was very informative and gave me the least painful cleaning i ever had. She convinced me to keep going back regularly for my overall health and my fear of the dental office has gone down. I wouldn't go anywhere else but Alpha Dental because they made me feel so important and comfortable, almost like a part of their family. I am no longer a coward and will remain a patient for life!

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

They have recently remodeled their office and it looks fabulous. Staff is always very cheerful and helpful. The office is very busy, which speaks for itself, it is worth the wait.

I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely.

Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. THEY HAD ME FILL OUT PAPERS IN THE LOBBY. WHEN i GOT TO THE EXAM ROOM THE HAD ME SIGN A RELEASE. LATER i FIND OUT IT IS A WAIVER. THE DENTIST THOMAS QUILLIN IS TO PULL A TOOTH HE NUMBS ME UP WITH TWO SHOTS. HE TRIES TO PULL AND NEED TO GIVE ANOTHER SHOT. HE PULLS THE TOOTH AND CRACKS THE TOOTH IN FRONT OF IT. NOW I NEED A ROOT CANAL AND THEY WONT PAY FOR IT BECAUSE THEY SAY I SIGNED A WAIVER. DONT USE THIS OFFICE. I NOW NEED 1500.00 WORTH OF WORK DONE TO MY TOOTH THEY CRACKED. THEY ARE MEAN AND ONLY CARE ABOUT $$$. DONT USE THIS OFFICE
