No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Not only are they recommended by other dentists, other dentists are always calling asking for advice. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
