I had to wait 45 mins to be called to an examining room. The nurse then proceeded to ask me the same questions I took the time to complete at home after pulling the registration forms from my computer. The forms were right in front of her.
Dr. Johnson finally came in and RUSHED thru my consult and gave me confusing instructions on how to use the medicine she prescribed. The same nurse (who remained in the room during my consult) proceeded to ask me what the doctor said as she was completing my file notes! Very scary.
I called back a day later to cancel my follow up appointment after finding a new Dr. A few weeks later I got a reminder call for the appt. I canceled!!!! When I called to advise I canceled the appointment - of course they had no record of the cancellation. I was then advised that they had no insurance information on file for me. I provided it at the time of my first (and only) visit. If I had not called about the appointment, would I have ever been notified of this?
I was told they had computer issues that affected several patients. I gave my insurance info to Paula AGAIN.

This Dr. and her staff were unorganized and unprofessional. I would not refer ANYONE to this office.

The issue here is not Dr. Johnson, who is extremely patient sensitive. It is her staff who answer calls. I found the woman with whom I spoke regarding a prescription to be pugnacious an insensitive. Not at all reflective of a quality facility!
