I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes. The staff is not helpful at all, he is not personable at all, not concerned about treating the patient and getting them well, just concerned about making a buck. I think he may be a great doctor but would never recommend him to anyone due to the way the practice is run.

Dr. Len Piaaza is Good man and he found a solution for my situation.. However, The staff cancelled an emergency appt. for My teen son - whom had a broken nose - when I went to the office to get an explanation - some phone operator came out & shouted at me - was quite upsetting - Son was hurt - staff cancelled His appt. No explanations....
the office Mgr. refused to speak with me - ( gina?)
we only had a 2-3 day window to get son's nose repaired before the bones set
- Very VERY dis-appointed with the Staff & Office Manager ( 2 years ago) Ended up with a DR Kaszuba in Plainfield who was GREAT -
after 20+ year with Piazza - had all family members leave
Sent in letters asking Dr. Piazza to respond back - never got a Reply.

I was amazed at how quickly they offered a remedy for my condition. I haven't felt this great in months. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Have been a patient of Dr. Piazza since I was 2, I am now 25 and have been his patient for 3 tube insertions and one tonsillectomy. He is very professional and sincere, and was always willing to work with me (haven't always had great insurance). Don't hesitate to see him if you are having any kind of E.N.T. issues, you won't regret it.
