Received several sclerotherapy treatments for spiderveins and legs ended up much worse. Decided to try a different doctor and requested my medical records per the new Doctor's request. The staff first refused to provide me with records--very rude to me after I had spent a lot of money with them. They said what they injected me with was proprietary information. Then I sent a medical release form and they finally gave me a list of my appt dates only which gave my new Dr no background knowledge on how I was previously treated. Dr Spitz completely violated HIPPA laws by not disclosing my medical info. Makes me wonder what they are hiding and clearly does not have the patient's best interest in mind.
