Dr. Cromer is decent, but not great. She doesn't listen very well, which is a problem for a psychiatrist, and her office staff is less than wonderful. I frequently had problems with billing.

They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. One thing I really didn’t like, was how much they rushed my appointment. It didn’t feel like they were really listening to me. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish.
Gretchen Cromer is a cold, angry mentally ill person. She should not be treating others. I highly would NOT recommend her. She damages people.
