Although Dr. Warner is a competent and engaged doctor - her office is poorly run. it is frequently difficult to make an appointment. Once an appointment is made the doctor is almost always late and the patient will be kept waiting on average for 45 minutes. If there is a question that needs attention - the receptionist will frequently say that she can not be sure that anyone will call back on the same day. The excuse is always the same - that they are short staffed on that day.
