It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
