Dr Pollock' s office is beautiful! When I walked in for the first time with my two children ,we were calmed immediately by the sweet staff and sea scape murals in the reception room. The new patient experience for my two kids was a bit long, but very complete. Dr Pollock sat down with me and pointed out things our old dentist didn't tell me about. He was very nice, and my kids loved him. Then his assistant ( I think her name was Shannon) sat down with all three of us and went over brushing, flossing and diet suggestions. It was fun and educational- Thank you Dr Pollock and Staff!

I just read the review from the guy that thought $24.00 to copy x-rays was a lot of money, and I had to write. My three children have gone to the practice in Palm Bay for the last 3 years and we love them. I was referred by another doctor who no longer would treat them because I fell on hard times and now have state insurance, when I requested my kids x-rays from the old doctor , i was told I had to pay a $ 62.00 charge per child, luckily only two of them had x-rays , so I paid the fee and I would have loved if it was only $ 24.00. The doctor my kids see came out of retirement to see the less fortunate, and I can understand that there has to be costs involved in making copies and from what I read in the Florida Today article, the amount of money the state reimburses these doctors on each patient is very minimal. I am grateful to have them, and now that I have been 90 days at my new job , I will have Delta Dental and will stay with this group practice for my kids, they have been wonderful, friendly staff and great caring doctors.

This dentist office accepts medicaid. I took my daughter there and they recommended that she have her wisdom teeth removed and referred us to an oral surgeon. They wanted to charge me 24.00 for a copy of her X-ray. I had the oral surgeon request the films as usually Drs. usually send copies as a courtesy to one another.NOT DR. POLLOCKS OFFICE!!THEY STILL WANTED 24.00!! IN MY OPINION, THEY ARE EXTORTING MONEY FROM PEOPLE THAT THEY KNOW CAN'T AFFORD IT!! MEDICAID PAID FOR THOSE FILMS ALREADY!! IT MUST BE REALLY TOUGH FOR THOSE THAT HAVE MULTIPLE CHILDREN WITH REFERRALS!!!BEWARE
