They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around They are absolutely amazing and Doctor Kocemba is one of the best doctors I have been to.

Doctor Kocemba is a great guy and has been a very attentive doctor for me. I consider him "my" doctor. When required he spends all the time needed to discuss the issues and takes the time to figure out the correct solution (not just the one that will get you out of the office quickly). Sometimes this means that he will do some research and get back to you after your visit. I appreciate this thoroughness. His nurse is very professional and knowledgeable as well. All-in-all it has been a good experience.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time. IT is much better in person then on the phone. You always get put on hold. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give! What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. Dr Kocemba is the best!

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
