I actually saw Dr. Hollenbeck and will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

I've never had to worry about Dr. Cassen being understaffed unable to help me when needed. She has a staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I don't think I have ever been put on hold more than a minute. Every consideration is given to be prompt and accurate. No one has ever suggested that I buy something that wasn't necessary. They are always very professional. Dr. Cassen has gone out of her way to treat my elderly parents with kindness, consideration and skill! My Husband and I like her as well. She is a skilled surgeon and a compassionate person.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
