I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
