I have only great things to say about my pot care at the Southside Office. Honestly I feel that the front office receptionist at the Buckhead office should come over and take some notes on how to be more accommodating to patients, then there probably will not be a sign in the foyer area. I cannot say how many times she gave me the incorrect amount for treatment. And then she would seem offended when I questioned pricing. Are not patients able to ask questions. Other than that she is the first face that you see and interact with over the phone and it's not very positive. However the other staff there were always a professional and pleasant during services. But I feel very comfortable about the total visit at the Southside office.

Dr Duncan has been an awesome Doctor. My only issues, unfortunately, have been with the office staff during pre-op. The processes for handling the pre-op paperwork was pretty inefficient, but I appreciate the office manager (Lolita) assisting me when I reached out to her. My only other complaint would be the wait times when coming for an appointment, the average wait time has been well over an hour and that is unacceptable. However, I am now 8 months out, and feeling good. I appreciate the follow up visits with the nutritionist, they help me to stay on track and keep me encouraged when I feel like I am not doing good enough wit my weight loss. The post-op follow up has been critical to my success. All in all, this has been a pretty good experience and I would recommend to others.

Well because of the problems I had in the beginning of scheduling a scope I never received and appointment until 2017. My referral was for 2016, the staff that was in this office at the time terrible. Your office has a beautiful staff member named Tilisha that has been amazing to me. She has made every attempt to correct the other staffs mistake. I am please to be a patient here Dr. Duncan is the best I wished he could see me for all medical issues.

I have not yet met the doctor. My experience is only with Vincent. He has been extremely supportive, encouraging, and knowledgeable.

He did my gastric bypass surgery. He messed up and I had to have two more surgeries to fix things by other surgeons as he just kept blowing me off. He wouldn't answer my questions about what was wrong and was very arrogant. He gave the impression that once he got his money he didn't seem to care anymore.
