I have been a client for over 5 years - today was the 2nd time I have been treated poorly. My appointment started 42 minutes late, the Doctor was not the same as the previous year. I don't understand how difficult it would be to tell your legacy patients - we are running late and we have assigned you to a new Doctor, do you have a problem or concern?

Their staff is very friendly and professional. The office was very easy to locate. The office is very clean and modern. Never have had to wait more than 10 minutes past my appointment time. Truly a class act.

Their staff is somewhat friendly.They didn't help as much as I was hoping. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They seem more concerned about how much money they are going to get. I didn't want to pay the $600 (on their easy payment plan) to have a deep cleaning that I didn't need. They gave me no other options, so I walked out. Apparently what they get from my health insurance, which covers 100% of most procedures, isn't good enough to cover they overstaffed office.
