Dr. Ferrer and her staff are the greatest. I braces put on for the second time as an adult and they made the whole process so easy and affordable. Instead of dreading my appointments like I did as a kid, I actually looked forward to my appointments and seeing the wonderful staff at Eastside Orthodontics.
I highly recommend this office and if my children are ever in need of braces there is only one place I will take them.

Hands down best price I could find. Don't be scared to bring the competitors quotes. All appointments were on time. My daughter followed all instructions to a T and the work was completed as scheduled. Staff is friendly and location was perfect for me.

My first meeting was very pleasant. The service was good, the people were nice, and they were very clear about what we needed to do, why, and how we would do that. I feel like I must hold back on a full five, however, because it was an obligatory meeting with the orthodontist, and that's not the most fun thing in the world, but for an orthodontist meeting it went pleasantly. The wait time could have been a little shorter, but we did come in right around lunch.

Very professional, courteous and friendly staff. Kathryn and Linda are instrumental. Erica and Carmen are SUPERSTARS!

Every patient is seen in a private room - no assembly line setting here. Everything was explained in the original visit, and continues to be explained as we move along in this process. My daughter feels at ease with this experience; as her mom, I feel that after having done my research, I am blessed to have selected 'the' best place for my daughter.

Dr. Ferrer and her staff have looked after five of our family members over the prior seven years. The kids love her and the warm chocolate chip cookies and I appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. I don't hesitate to recommend her to everyone I know.

I was at a previous Orthodontist before I switched over to Dr. Ferrer and I'm so glad that I did. Dr. Ferrer is very nice and pleasant and she really knows her stuff. Herself and staff is the epitome of what excellent customer service should look like. They really know how to treat the patient and make them feel comfortable. From the time you walk in the office until the time you leave- is an awesome experience! It is very kid and adult friendly and there's always a contest going for all types of prizes. I highly recommend Dr. Ferrer and her staff for all of your orthondic needs!
