They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I appreciated that they explained my treatment's risks and benefits. I felt a lot more informed. They've helped me make a little progress during my sessions, but I was hoping for something better. I feel like I could have improved a lot more.

I didn't have to wait in their waiting room at all. They were ready for me right when I got there. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

If you are searching for a psychiatrist with no heartbeat who will patronize you, talk over you, ignore you while writing in your file the entire 20 minutes - then ask you the same five questions each time before scratching out a prescription, Dr. Mercer is the doctor for you! After 1.5 years I've had it and I am off to search for a doctor with a pulse.
