The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. It was really loud in their office and it made the experience that much more stressful. They need to move to a quieter location.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They made sure to find out about my obstetric history and every pre-existing condition before my appointment. This made the examination go a lot faster. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while I was waiting, but it would have been nice if they were a little more comfortable.
