Worked for this person when she first graduated dental school & she joined our corporate dentistry practice. This person is a horror show of a human being, interesting that after almost 15 years in practice, she is still viewed as such.

Run, do not walk away from this business. As a 39 year old woman, I have never been treated so badly. I originally called with a tooth in horrible condition and was in dire pain. Melody answered the phone and proceeded to try to patronize me about tooth care. Anyway, they referred me to get a root canal. My insurance quoted me 150 on a crown, and I wound up having to get an additional root canal. Donna called back and stated that it was going to be 450 per crown. I told her that I could do one, but would have to wait on the other for a few weeks. She became condescending and militant demanding that I have to have it done. Then she said she would have to consult Dr. Stoyka. Mind you, I was at the Endodontist's office getting my second root canal while she was calling. She then called back and raised her voice so loud that the staff of the Endodontist heard her. I put her on speaker so they could hear her. She stated that if I wasn't going to get both crowns immediately, then I would HAVE to get the tooth pulled immediately. I laughed and told her that was not an option. She then said that I didn't have a choice and that they were going to demand it. I hung up. Customers in the Endodontic office were as dumbfounded as I was. Then to make it worse, Donna and Melody called me the next day, patronizing me as if I were a child. I told them I would not be returning. These people are seriously disturbed. The have an almost bullying nature. I recorded myself canceling the appointment to protect myself, as I read countless reviews saying that they try to scam people on that too. Think they need to be reported.

In fairness, Dr. Stoyka was very nice as was the dental hygienist; however, the receptionists acting in a Hitler like way, perhaps shows that the whole place is poisoned.

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

Not at all, I said I was in pain, but they told me to deal with it
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

I had a bad experience with this dentist. I went to her to repair a broken tooth. She worked on a completely different tooth instead. She refused to discuss this with me on the phone and refused the letter I send seeking a refund. I wish I had done a little research before having this dentist do work. There is a lot of information out there on this office and none of it good. Please do yourself a favor, and do your homework before you select a dentist to work on you.
